Made in Poland (2020)
A special project fully devoted to Polish music. Walicki-Popiolek Duo encouraged greatest Polish composers to write pieces derived from Polish musical folklore. You'll hear traditional dances: Mazur, Oberek, Kujawiak, see gorgeous landscapes enchanted in musical notes and hear echoes of Chopin, Szymanowski, Lutoslawski, Gorecki. Get carried away by contemporary works for guitar and piano by Chmielewska, Robak, Oleszkowicz, Fabianska-Jelinska and many others played with exceptional virtuosity.

Walicki-Popiolek Duo debut album full of vivid rhythms and melodies from Spanish-speaking countries. You'll dive into vigorous Astor Piazzolla and Isaac Albeniz and melancholic Serge di Mosole. You'll feel Barcelona in Malats' Serenade and strange madness in Assad's Quebra-Queixo. All of it given to you with a brand new sound of guitar and piano playing together.
